We start with premium quality wood products that we precision mill at our facilities, ensuring accuracy and consistency with every cut.

Materials undergo an acclimation process and special temperature control measures to maximize dimension stability and adhesion properties to receive the laminate face.

A variety of options for edge and backers allow the product to meet the performance and economic goals for each application.

Environmental consideration is given to every aspect of our manufacture: in the purchase of our substrates and adhesives as well as our recycling of dusts and off-cuts. Our substrates and adhesives meet and/or exceed EPA certification requirements and are audited by a third party.

Industrial Board – Premium Quality

On the surface, laminate countertops all look pretty much the same. It’s what’s underneath that separates Counter-Form from the rest! Constructed from the highest quality industrial board, all of our countertops feature a 1/2″ solid pine scribe for easier installation. Another unique feature s is the vapor barrier strips we apply to the front and side edge to protect against moisture and chipping. With Counter-Form quality countertops, what you don’t see makes all the difference!
