Counter-Form LLC, a leading regional manufacturer of laminate countertops, is seeking candidates for our Customer Service position.
Counter-Form offers a work environment that is safe, clean, and respectful.
Work schedule: Full-time position with overtime.
Monday thru Friday (No weekends!!)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gain Knowledge of products and our manufacturing process.
- Service new and existing accounts by telephone, fax and email.
- Provide technical product information and pricing to customer
- Computer entry of detailed orders and price quotations.
- Process orders for production
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Identify and work with Sales Representatives to follow up on potential sales leads.
- Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Post high school education
- College or technical degree – preferred
- A minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience required, in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
